Sinaga (63), ia kerap dipanggil Pak Sinaga, bapak 6 anak ini sudah 16 Tahun berjualan balon.<\/p><p>Keramaian kota menghampiri ketika Pak Sinaga sampai di Lapangan Merdeka Kota Pematang Siantar. Tangannya yang berkerut tetap terampil memompa puluhan balon gas. Sekejap saja balon-balon dengan berbagai karakter sudah berisi angin.<\/p><p>Beberapa pekan lalu, samuderausi.com menemui Pak Sinaga. Ia bercerita, awalnya keluarganya bertempat di Sidikalang, namun sejak rumahnya dijual ia bersama istri dan anaknya pindah ke Pematang Siantar. Kemudian tinggal dirumah mertuanya.<\/p><p>Mulai beradaptasi dengan kerasnya kehidupan di rantau, berbagai pekerjaan pernah digelutinya, sebelum memutuskan berjualan balon gas hingga saat ini.<\/p><p>Bercerita beberapa tahun yang lalu, pak sinaga awalnya berjualan balon dengan jumlah yg terbilang sedikit, yaitu dari jumlah 1 balon dijualnya ke kebun binatang, hingga pada akhirnya menjual puluhan balon gas dengan aneka karakter.<\/p><p>Namun ditengah kejayaan ayah dari 6 anak itu, pandemi Covid 19 membuat dagangannya menurun drastis, bahkan tak ada pembeli satu pun.<\/p><p>&#8221; Arahan pemerintah, jangan keluar rumah dulu jadi sepi kali taman bunga,&#8221; keluhnya.<\/p><p>Ibarat sudah jatuh tertimpa tangga, mungkin perumpaan itulah yang dirasakan Sinaga. Sudah dagangannya sepi, becak yang digunakannya berjualan hilang ketika dititip ke tukang parkir di Kebun Binatang Kota Pematang Siantar.<\/p><p>Rasa sedih, kesal bercampur aduk pada saat itu. Namun ibarat nasi sudah menjadi bubur, ia hanya dapat menerima.<\/p><p>Meski demikian, Pak Sinaga tetap berjualan tanpa becak. Setiap harinya, ia tetap berjualan balum dengan jalan kaki selamat kurang lebih 1 tahun.<\/p><p>&#8221; Dari parluasan lorong 4 ke Rumah Sakit Umum ke R Ganda sampai ke Lapangan Merdeka, pulang lagi, aku jalan kaki kurang lebih 20 KM,&#8221; jelasnya sembari menggerakkan tangannya.<\/p><p>Banyak orang yang tergerak untuk menyisihkan sebagian rejekinya untuk dibagikan padanya.<\/p><p>&#8221; ada yang ngasih duit bahkan beras,&#8221; katanya lagi.<\/p><p>8 Agustus 2022 lalu, hujan deras disertai angin kencang turun di Kota Pematang Siantar. Kejadian itu merobohkan banyak pohon, termasuk pohon tepat didepan dagangan Pak Sinaga yang membuat semua balonnya tetrimpa reruntuhan.<\/p><p>&#8220;Rugi lah aku 1 jutaan,&#8221; ujarnya.<\/p><p>Akibat kejadian tersebut, ia selalu mengkhawatirkan jika turunnya hujan, ditambah tak ada pelanggan saat hujan.<\/p><p>Meski banyak rintangan yang dilalui saat berjualan, pasalnya pak sinaga tak pernah menyerah, walau terkadang tidak ada pembeli ia yakin rejeki sudah diatur Tuhan.<\/p><p>&#8220;Kalau tidak laku sekarang coba besok, kalo besok tidak laku coba lagii, jangan putus asa.
