Seseorang dengan mental sehat akan berpengaruh pada kondisi fisik kata Rahmadani Hidayatin S.Psi, M.kes. dalam webinar Lembaga Pers Mahasiswa(LPM) Teropong Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara (UMSU).<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight );\">Dalam webinar yang berlangsung secara daring pada sabtu, (07\/01\/2021) tersebut, Rahmadani Hidayatin S.Psi, M.kes. memaparkan tentang pentingnya kesehatan mental yang akan mempengaruhi kesehatan fisik.&nbsp;<\/span><br><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight );\">Rahmadani juga menjelaskan tentang pentingnya well-being (kesejahteraan) yang tampak dari fisik, sikap dan perilaku. Lebih lagi ia mengenalkan ciri mental yang sehat seperti mampu menyadari potensi diri juga merealisasikan, kemampuan untuk mengatasi kekecewaan, mampu bekerja secara produktif, juga mampu memberikan kontribusi pada komunitas.&nbsp;<\/span><br><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight );\">Bukan hanya itu, kata dia, seseorang dengan mental yang sehat juga dapat mengelola emosi, jiwa, akal\/pikiran, karakter, etika.&nbsp;<\/span><br><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight );\">&#8220;Seseorang dengan mental yang sehat fokus utamanya adalah pada solusi bukan pada masalah, bahwa jadikan sesuatu yang terjadi sebagai tantangan bukan masalah dengan hal ini akan membuat kita tertantang dan bukan menyerah pada situasi,&#8221; ujarnya dalam ruang zoom.<\/span><br><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight );\">Dijelaskannya, seseorang dengan mental yang sehat bisa bebas dari tekanan bagaimanapun keadaannya, menerima apa yang ada didalam diri, pengembangan diri dan pertumbuhan diri, hubungan yang berkualitas dengan orang lain, juga kapasitas\/kontrol pada lingkungan merupakan ciri psychological well-being atau tanda seorang yang bahagia.&nbsp;<\/span><br><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight );\">&#8220;Dalam menghadapi mimpi dan segala keinginan kita, mungkin saja kita akan menemui banyak rintangan ataupun tantangan, apa yang menjadi fokus kita itulah yang akan mempengaruhi diri kita,&#8221; ujar Rahmadani yang juga merupakan dosen.<\/span><br><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight );\">Selanjutnya fokuslah pada impian, bukan pada ketakutan juga bukan kekurangan. Dengan fokus pada impian dan bagaimana kita mengembangkan diri akan jauh lebih baik daripada menjadikan ketakutan dan kekurangan sebagai beban yang pada akhirnya akan terasa berat, hal Ini dinamakan law of attraction(LOA) atau hukum dalam sebuah atraksi.&nbsp;<\/span><br><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight );\">Dalam menghadapi berbagai persoalan, kata dia, dituntut untuk melepaskan apa yang tidak dapat dilakukan, sehingga hal tersebut tidak akan mengalami stress berlebihan, tetapi berusaha mencari jalan mengatasinya.&nbsp;<\/span><br><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight );\">&#8220;Bahwa tidak ada yang tetap\/abadi tetapi kita bisa memilih mau bahagia atau tetap tidak bahagia dengan terus melakukan hal yang sama, tidak merubah keadaan kita,&#8221; ujarnya.<\/span><br><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight );\">Ia menambahkan, bahwa bahagia bukan menunggu sukses, justru bahagia itu berasal dari diri setiap orang, mencintai dirinya dan menerima diri ketika melihat orang lain bahagia, bukan malah mengejar-ngejar kebahagiaan yang sebenarnya tidak membuat kita bahagia.&nbsp;<\/span><br><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight );\">&#8220;Kita boleh jatuh tetapi harus bangkit segera, bahwa situasi pasti akan berubah namun kuncinya adalah respon kita terhadap masalah itu segalanya,&#8221; serunya.<\/span><br><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight );\">&#8220;Perkataan kita mempengaruhi pikiran kita, afirmasi dengan memberikan kata-kata positif pada diri juga terhadap lingkungan, yang tentunya akan berdampak,&#8221; tambahnya lagi.<\/span><br><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight );\">Pada sesi tanya jawab, Ramadani menjelaskan bagaimana membedakan self love dengan selfish.<\/span><br><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight );\">&#8220;Self love itu dalam bentuk positif juga adanya kontribusi dari kelebihan yang seseorang punya, bukan seperti selfish yang mementingkan diri sendiri, egosentris yang memang fokus pada pengakuan orang lain, self love sendiri jika terhadap pujian bukan malah membuat diri bangga atau sombong tetapi bersyukur, menyadari keberadaan diri sendiri tanpa pengakuan orang lain, dan bahagia pada dirinya.<\/span><br><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight );\">Sementara itu, sekertaris panitia Oziva Achtar, mengatakan, tujuan utama dari kegiatan ini adalah sebagai wadah bagi para mahasiswa maupun remaja dalam menyikapi penyakit mental.&nbsp;<\/span><br><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight );\">&#8220;saat ini mudah sekali kita temukan pada remaja permasalahan mental, kita perlu pelajari,&#8221; ujarnya dihadapan 80 peserta dalam zoom.<\/span><br><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kesehatan mental merupakan hal yang sangat penting.
